Download Terms and Image Licence

These terms apply to all downloadable files provided on this website, including JPEGs, DNGs, and any other tutorial assets. These files are supplied strictly for personal learning and practice while following the tutorials.

1. Purpose of These Files

The downloadable images and DNG files are provided to help you follow the tutorials, understand the techniques, and practise the steps shown. They are intended for educational use only.

2. Permitted Use

You are allowed to:

  • open the files in Lightroom, Adobe Camera Raw, or similar software
  • follow the tutorials step by step using the supplied files
  • experiment with your own edits for personal learning

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use these files for:

  • personal projects, portfolio work, or creative projects of any kind
  • commercial or client work
  • social media posts, blogs, websites, videos, or published content
  • competitions, exhibitions, or printed output
  • removing or obscuring any watermark or identifying mark

4. Redistribution and Sharing

You may not:

  • upload the files (or edited versions) to any website or cloud service
  • share the files by email, messaging, or file‑sharing platforms
  • sell, license, or include the files in any bundle, course, or download pack

If someone else wishes to use these files, please direct them to the original tutorial page so they can download them under these same terms.

5. AI, Datasets, and Machine Learning

These files may not be used in any dataset, machine‑learning model, AI training process, or similar system, whether commercial, academic, or personal.

All images and downloadable files remain the copyright of Glen Smith, unless explicitly stated otherwise. No ownership or usage rights are transferred by downloading the files.

You are granted a limited, non‑transferable permission to use the files only for personal learning as described in these terms.

7. Attribution and Representation

You may not present these images (edited or unedited) as your own work, nor imply that you photographed the original scene.

8. Breach of Terms

Any use of the files outside the scope of this licence is unauthorised and constitutes a breach of copyright. In cases of misuse, I reserve the right to request removal, pursue takedown requests, and take further action if necessary.

9. Simple Summary
